When I arrived at the tennis tournament, my experience was limited to a handful of visits to courts, many hours spent watching tennis broadcasts on television and… that was essentially it.
On Saturday, the first day, we observed how the whole event was organised, while on Friday we conducted a post-final court interview with the B1 European champion – exactly the way it is done at the biggest tennis tournaments.
During that week I learned how things work from a technical perspective. I learned to connect cables, set camera parameters and operate the equipment. Dawid, meanwhile, was already able to commentate an entire match by Wednesday, having learnt the basic techniques and game moves.
That week was an enormous step forward in our careers.

One of the most thrilling experiences – at least for us – was the semi-final broadcast carried out alongside the great master of the microphone, Tomasz Tomaszewski. His charisma and distinctive style of commentary created an atmosphere that captured the attention of even the most demanding viewers. Every word spoken with passion and professionalism enriched the sporting excitement, making this event unforgettable. In that moment we felt we were part of something exceptional that would remain in our memories and in the hearts of fans for a long time.
